YOSHI, the first Joël Robuchon Japanese restaurant in the world, offers healthy, modern cuisine created by the Japanese chef Takéo Yamazaki, under the guidance of Joël Robuchon and Christophe Cussac. In line with the Japanese influences and the elegance of the hotel, the Franco-Portuguese interior designer Didier Gomez has created a restaurant in a clean, warm style.
